Onion Calzone

The flatbread stuffed with onions, is in the traditional menu of Christmas Eve, but is usually consumed throughout the year. Despite what you may think, the onion leaves no smell, it is appropriately treated with salty water in order to dampen the aroma. During the sprouting time is also prepared a version with the sprouts of onion (Spunzél).
