Turnip top
The cultivation of this wintry vegetable is widespread in Apulia, so much so that almost all of the national crop is concentrated in Puglia, Campania and Lazio. Much appreciated are mainly the sprouts, the tops of course, that in the months of December and January you can buy fresh in the city market.
